About the Event
“Top 10 Things Your Startup Attorney Should Tell You” is a checklist of legal/business issues that all entrepreneurs will run into sooner or later. These are the topics I proactively tell my clients so that they can avoid problems down the road. Areas of specific sensitivity for businesses starting operations in the United States will be highlighted.
Dror Futter is a venture capital and technology lawyer and a partner at the Rimon PC law firm, based in the United States. Previously he was the General Counsel of an Israeli-founded startup, Vidyo Inc. and the General Counsel of a venture capital firm, New Venture Partners. He was also the corporate counsel to the CIO of Lucent Technologies. Dror provides legal and advice with respect to venture financing and investment, as well as representing startups in their contract negotiations with enterprise customers. He is a mentor at Princeton University’s Keller Center, the Venture Center of Stevens Institute of Technology and the Columbia IBM Blockchain Accelerator.
